Rarely, the Manufacturer must change Logos, Sponsor Logos, and Colors to comply with the Licensees ( NASCAR, Nickelodeon, General Motors, Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha & any other product listed on our web page. From Year to Year Changes, all prior year drivers jackets will be replaced with the current drivers jacket unless otherwise noted.

What Exactly Is A Pre-Order?

A pre order allows you to buy an item(s) that have not yet made it yet in stock. When new jackets come in stock, we fill all orders by date of order. Arrival and shipping times are a lot of time unknown for pre-order items and since we deal directly with the manufacture degoodstuff.com gets all of the new jackets as soon as they are available. We carry over 1000 jackets at any given time through out the year. We assure you your order will be filled simply as soon as the jacket arrives and humanly possible! Is it a good idea to pre-order? There is no reason why not to pre-order. It insures that you will be one of the first ones to receive the jacket. Some styles have higher demand than the other, and when the demand is up, the more pre-orders we get and then when they do come in, if there is not enough and you do not have a pre-order, you will not get the jacket. Feel free to email us if you have any questions on pre-ordering. If an item is pre-order, on the page it will tell you what style (s) (if any) are a pre order.

When does my item ship?

99% of orders ship out same day or within two days. If by chance the item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via the email address you provided upon ordering, the ETA (estimated time of delivery) on your order. Even though we carry a HUGE stock, we still experience out of stock items due to the demand on some of the products. We keep all sizes listed as we get more goods in very frequently (daily). You may cancel your order at anytime without any trouble at all. Please see our Contact Us Page for our contact information. Shipping prices for outside of the USA are automatically figured depending on where you are thanks to our new revamped shopping cart!. If you need shipping insurance, please contact us.

Payments:

We Accept Google Checkout Payments and Paypal. We only ship to the Confirmed address PayPal States, No EXCEPTIONS. Yes our site allows you to have a different ship to address but we will not ship to that address if it does not match the PayPal Confirmed Address!

International Shipping:

The price you pay for the item(s) you order plus shipping does NOT include any Charges Customs will charge you.  We are not resposnbile for any charges that customs at the destination of the package charges. The shipping price you pay is ONLY for the International shipping.

WE are NOT responsible for ANY DUTY or CUSTOMS Fees assoicated with your package!

How does my item ship?

All items are shipped Via UPS. If your item is being sent to a P.O. Box, USPS has to be used as UPS does NOT ship to P.O Boxes.

Returns:

When Exchanging a jacket for a different size, you must send the jacket back to us with a Money Order for $15.00 for the return shipping of the item!

Email us at  (sales@degoodstuff.com) for an RMA FORM! (Return Merchandise Authorization)  Any exchanges authorized by DeGoodStuff.com are at your expense which includes the shipping cost both ways. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of a product. No return or exchanges after 12 days. No refunds on shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA FORM.

You will also be responsible for any & all shipping charges ( In other words, the buyer pays to ship the jacket back to DeGoodStuff.com, and buyer also pays the shipping charge to have the new product shipped back to the buyer) NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SHIPPING COST ONLY A MONEY ORDER. 

  All Items must be returned in the Original Condition the jacket was received. This includes all Tags& Extra Snaps. There should be no signs of wear including smell.

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped to a TEXAS address. You will be taxed the current tax % rate.
